Long Range & Long Range with Deflector

Applications:

Irrigation of tree plantations with large root volumes.

  • Specially designed for fruit trees, orchards, deciduous and other tree crops.
  • The higher flow rates are designed to include market gardening / vegetables, germination and pre-plant wetting.
  • Can be used in frost fighting and/or cooling irrigation systems.

Specifications:

The GyroNet is a non-pressure compensated micro-sprinkler.

  • LR has a purple, black or grey swivel irrigating a radius of 4.0 to 11.0 metres depending on the flow rate / nozzle pressure / nozzle height.
  • LRD stream deflector concentrates all the water in the area surrounding the young tree to a radius of about 1.5 to 2.0 metres during the initial growing period.
  • When the tree grows, the stream deflector can be broken off and the GyroNet™ becomes a normal LR.
  • 6 nozzle sizes, which at 1.5 bar deliver the following flow rates:
    26, 36, 52, 67, 87, 112 litres per hour.
  • For higher flow rates 4 nozzles deliver the following at 2.0 bar: 168, 220, 277, 327 litres per hour.
  • Maximum recommended working pressure: 2.5 bar.
  • Type of inlet connector: press fit.
  • The swivel is coloured purple for flows of 26 and 36 litres per hour, black for flows of 52 to 112 litres per hour and grey for flows 168 to 327 litres per hour.
  • 2 types of upper bearing:
    – Standard – for normal water.
    – Everspin™ – for harsh condition. (All higher flow rates over 168 litres per hour with a grey swivel use the Everspin™ bearing regardless).

The AV-010 Air & Vacuum Valve discharges air at high flow rates during the filling of the system and admits air at high flow rates during drainage , pump shut-off or at water column separation.

Applications

It is especially suitable for irrigation submains where it helps to reduce drippers sucking in dirt during irrigation shutdown.

The VibroNet™ SD is a non-pressure compensated micro-sprinkler where a pin vibrates within the nozzle passage, emitting relatively large droplets for:
  • Orchards, deciduous and tree crops irrigation.
  • Closely planted tree crops where 1.5 to 2.5 metre wetted diameters are required.

VibroNet™ SD
Applications   The VibroNet™ SD is a non-pressure compensated micro-sprinkler where a pin vibrates within the nozzle passage, emitting relatively large droplets for: Orchards, deciduous and tree crops irrigation. Closely planted tree crops where 1.5 to 2.5 metre wetted diameters are required. Specifications Bridgeless micro emitter with vibrating action. 3 different nozzles, which at 1.0 bar pressure deliver flow rates of: 23, 41, 59 litres per hour. Recommended working pressure: 1.0 to 2.0 bar. Recommended filtration: 130 micron. Inlet connector: press fit. Features & Benefits Bridgeless – 360° uniformity. Excellent uniformity distribution as a single (non-overlap) emitter. High uniformity of droplet size. Operation of this emitter is based on vibration. Water passage through the nozzle causes needle vibration which in turn breaks up the water jet into uniform droplets that are evenly spread. Large drops suitable for open field conditions. Less wind drift. Relatively small wetting diameter, suits especially densely planted fruit tree crops. Constantly self-cleaning, the vibrating system prevents build-up of mineral deposits (salts) in the nozzle. GyroNet™ SR & SRD
Applications: Irrigation of tree plantations, and orchards where ground is shaded by the foliage, leaving dry strips between the rows. Specially designed for fruit trees, orchards, deciduous and other tree crops. Can be used in frost fighting and/or cooling irrigation systems. Specifications: The GyroNet™ is a non-pressure compensated micro-sprinkler. SR has a blue swivel irrigating a radius of 4.5 to 6.5 metres depending on the flow rate / nozzle pressure. SRD stream deflector concentrates all the water in the area surrounding the young tree to a radius of about 1.3 metres during the initial growing period.  When the tree grows, the stream deflector can be broken off and the GyroNet™ becomes a normal SR. 6 nozzle sizes, which at a pressure of 1.5 bar deliver these flow rates : 26, 36, 52, 67, 87, 122 litres per hour.
